This is a very nice fan, but you need to know that the instructions are incomplete. It takes a little extra interpretation effort to understand how to put this fan together. I have done a lot of them. When completed and you go to the remote fan control, the instructions have to be modified in order to get the wires to work inside the cover, and you have to go all the way back to the top where the wires come in, very cumbersome to have to go back to the beginning and start over just for the remote to work. The overall look of the fan is very nice. Just be aware that the instructions appear to be for another fan model. There are no instructions on how to assemble the blades, which are stainless steel and slightly different, not real apparent on how to assemble like other blades. You have to figure it out yourself. You'll know what I mean when you see it.Initially had a problem with the light not working and reached out to the seller for a replacement light kit. Great customer service. We received the replacement quickly. The fan is nice and all is working great!We installed a commercial grade canopy on our patio so needed a fan and a light. We went with stainless steel because the moisture dampness here in Ohio. My husband and a friend installed it and it was somewhat difficult. After installation it started to Rattle and make clicking noises we adjusted it it helped a little but still clicked and banged a little. My husband sprayed WD-40 around any metal parts that were touching which helped quite a bit. It does cause a nice draft when we're sitting Under The Canopy and the light is bright so we'll be nice to use during late night parties or dinnerstwo of the screw-holes in the plate that joins the blade to the blade handle skipped and screw would not tighten up.Manual does not show details on how the blades get assembled to the blade handle.The fan wobbles really bad on high speed and cannot use it. Have spend about 1 hour trying to balance with no luck...very disappointed at this point. Never had a fan wobble this bad.Inadequate instructions and didn't even have a ground wire. Had to make one. Thankfully I've installed several fans in the past and figured things out.
